| A Limited Company is an internationally recognized
legal form which lends itself mainly to international, commercial
activities.
An Establishment (Anstalt) pursuant to Liechtenstein
law, is contrary a form of undertaking under private law with
its own legal personality.
It must not be confused with the Anstalt of other countries, where
the term means an institution under public law. It lends itself
to commercial as well as non-commercial objects. Although the Establishment
is less known internationally, it is still used in the asset management.
A
Trust Enterprise is an anglo-saxon legal form (Business Trust)
