Establishment

The Liechtenstein establishment (Anstalt) is a legal form under private law that only exists in Liechtenstein. It can be similar to a foundation or structured like a corporation for commercial purposes or asset management. The Liechtenstein establishment is also used for financing, real estate management, the acquisition of participations or for purely charitable purposes.
 

The statutes must contain the legally required information. The minimum capital is 30,000 Swiss francs, euros or US dollars. If no domestic address for service is designated, a representative office must be appointed.
