Trust  enterprise

The trust enterprise (Trust reg). is extremely flexible in its application. It can be structured like a corporation or similar to a foundation. In contrast to a foundation, however, a trust enterprise can be commercially active without limitation.
 

The trust enterprise is suitable for the administration of assets and participations as well as for estate planning and legal administration. It is also suitable if commercial activity cannot be ruled out.
 

The trustor is the supreme body. The administrative tasks are carried out by a board of trustees. The capital of a trust enterprise is called a trust fund and amounts to at least 30,000 Swiss francs, euros or US dollars.
